The Surveys section allows you to create strategic interactions with your users to collect valuable feedback on different aspects of your business, such as customer support, product quality, or the impact of new launches.
With this tool, you can:
- Create custom surveys with up to 10 questions.
- Automate survey delivery when a conversation/chat ends.
- View results through clear and intuitive charts.
- Allow agents to share surveys directly within any chat.
Survey Settings
- Name or Title: Defines a clear identifier to easily recognize the survey.
- Introduction Message (Automatic Send): Default text that will accompany the survey link when it is sent automatically.
- Completion Message: Thank-you message the user will receive after completing the survey.
- Status (Agents/Users): Controls whether the survey is available for agents to send or accessible to end users.
- Automatic Send on Chat Close: Enables automatic survey delivery when a conversation is marked as closed.
Important: You can edit any survey as long as it has not received any responses.
