Time zone: Defines the time zone that will be used to run campaigns, calendars, and any other date- and time-based features.


If you want to change it, you can do so from your Account settings. Please note that this change will affect the timing of pending activities such as scheduled campaigns, calendar events, and other related actions.


All devices within the same account share the same time zone, regardless of the country code of each number. If you need a different time zone for each device, you will need to use a separate Watsichat account for each one.

Email: This is the email address you will use to sign in to your account.

Password: This is the password you will use to access your account.

Two-step Authentication: This is an extra layer of security you can enable using apps like Google Authenticator, LastPass, Microsoft Authenticator, and others.


Please note that if you lose access to your two-step authentication app and need to recover your account, our team may ask you to provide official documentation to verify your identity.

The META Webhook is responsible for receiving the messages sent to your phone number, which you will later be able to read inside the chats.

This option allows you to permanently delete your account from our system. All your information will be erased with no possibility of recovery.


If you have an active membership plan, the deletion will take place at the end of your subscription period; otherwise, it will be immediate.
