Here you can add products to your e-commerce store so customers and contacts can view them through a web link.


Store / Device: Refers to the device/store/phone number to which the product will be assigned.

Title: Refers to the product's name.

Description: Refers to the full description of the product.

Stock: Indicates the product's availability.

  1. In Stock: Users can purchase the product online.
  2. Out of Stock: Users cannot purchase the product online.


Price: Refers to the cost of the product based on the currency selected for the store.

SKU: Refers to the product's unique identifier.

Images: Refers to the images you can add to the product. They will appear in the order they were uploaded.

Status: Refers to whether a product will be displayed in your store or not.

Here you can view all successful store transactions, including product details, amounts, quantities, buyer information, and the transaction ID through Stripe, among other general data.

You will receive an email notification when:

  1. A user has purchased a product.
  2. A product runs out of stock due to the latest sale.


Buyers will receive a notification when:

  1. A user has purchased a product.


All notifications you receive and those sent to buyers will come from the store’s identity to ensure transparency and build trust with users.
