Here you can add, edit, or remove Agents, also known as collaborators.
When adding an agent, you will need to provide the following information.
- Avatar: This refers to the agent's image or photo.
- Full Name: This includes the agent's first and last name(s).
- Devices: The device(s) the agent will have access to, specifically the options mentioned later in this article.
- Country: The country code for the WhatsApp number.
- WhatsApp: The WhatsApp number without the country code.
Agents have restricted access to certain areas and their login credentials are separate from the main account.
An agent has the following access rights.
- Access to the chat window of the assigned device(s)
- Read-only access to the product list
- Access to the store's sales list
